Etisalat signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sharjah Asset Management, the investment arm of the Government of Sharjah, to enhance operational efficiencies through implementation of advanced telecommunications and ICT services.

The agreement was signed by His Excellency Waleed Al Sayegh, CEO of Sharjah Asset Management and Abdul Aziz Taryam, CEO Advisor and General Manager - Northern Emirates, Etisalat at the telco’s stands on the sidelines of GITEX Technology Week 2015.

The MOU will enable Sharjah Asset Management maximise and generate active and passive income through smart management of its investment portfolio and new investments in its focus regions. It will enable both parties to develop the business engagement model and enhance jointly their current and future business and technical requirements in a long -term partnership plan.
