The third night of the Sharjah World Music Festival, SWMF, rounded up the weekend on The Flag Island as Palestinian band, Le Trio Joubran, created a wonderful atmosphere with their music.

The evening started with Arwa Ahmed, an Emirati singer and winner of the "Best Women’s Voice" at the Qatar Music Festival 2013. Arwa sang both in English and Arabic whilst accompanying herself on the guitar. Le Trio Joubran, the only oud trio in the world, who are also siblings, warmed up the crowds, beginning with an instrumental piece on their ouds to the drum beats of Youssef Hbeisch.

Renowned Hungarian violinist, Jozsef Lendvai is scheduled to play at the festival on Monday at Masrah Al Qasba - Theatre. Tickets are available at Al Qasba, Al Majaz Theater, Al Majaz Waterfront, and also online.
