Al Qasba Food Festival 2011 has seen a wide footfall in its first five days. Visitors from different nationalities and age groups came from all over the UAE to watch renowned chefs compete, amuse the audience with their cooking skills and unveil secrets of the most delicious dishes.

This year’s festival includes many activities such as food carving displays, adults and kids workshops, cocktail recipes, canvas painting, sesame street characters and musical shows, all that appeal to the community at large.

Participating chefs include: Chef Uwe Micheel, Chef Antonio De Dominics, Chef Mehdi Katanbaf, Chef Wael El Deeb, Chef Mouin Al Saghbini, Chef Jay Tabuclao, Chef Ricky Tangarorang, Chef Mohamed A. Salam, Chef Rody Buendia, Chef Mohamed A. Salam, Chef DeSilva, Chef John Dipakdeekajon, Chef Mahmoud Zaree, and Chef Nabil A. Moneam.

Al Qasba food Festival is held daily from 5:30 pm – 11:30 pm and will run until April 2nd.
