Electricity back to all Sharjah, says SEWA

Power has been restored to all areas in the emirate of Sharjah ending the blackout caused by an emergency technical failure at a 33 kilowatt power transformer, Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority (SEWA) said. 

 

Maintenance teams managed to restore power to some areas within half an hour.

 

SEWA apologized to consumers for the emergency blackout.
