The Club Registration Department at Sharjah Ladies Club held a special event titled “Summer Carnival” sponsored by Frenzy, and Al Ain Dairy. This event comes within the “Thursday themes” event forming every Thursday for the club’s members. The event witnessed a huge number of ladies and children who enjoyed the fun games and activities within the event, such as the mini bazaar and the special show performed by ‘Sesame Street” characters.
This event comes within the “Precious Investment” campaign, which is released by the Supreme Council for Family Affairs within all its institutions, aiming in forming families, educational and social institutions, and ready in facing future challenges through raising children and preparing them well.
The event welcomed the members in Al Kunouz hall at SLC, where the ladies enjoyed the mini bazaar which included various products. On the other hand the children enjoyed the fun and games set for them such as the huge jumping castle, face painting, henna design, nail polish designs, and painting section. Afterwards, a special show was performed by the famous television show Sesame characters that the audience loved and enjoyed.
“We always strive to provide fun and excitement for our members through various activities such as carnivals and trips that bring an entertaining and educative environment to meet all standards. Today’s’ event included a mini bazaar for ladies to enjoy, as well as fun and exciting games and activities for children to enjoy. The carnival was opened by a special show that was performed by Sesame Street characters, which the audience loved and took memorable photos with the characters. And we hope to embrace more of such events in the future through “Thursday Themes” event, for the positive impact it brings to the club’s members”, said Nouria Mohamed, Club Registration Department Manager.
In conclusion, various games and competitions were set for children, which added a spirit of fun and competition and prizes distributed amongst winners.
