Along almost the same lines as the dune buggies is quad biking. Offering all the same amenities that the dune buggies offer, but on a more responsive vehicle. Quad biking is for the adrenaline rush that dune buggies can't quite offer. You won't regret picking either of these trips. If you're feeling extra adventurous why not try both? These are the classic live wire activities, it's not all that the dunes offer though.
Next up we have an activity guaranteed to shake off any cobwebs you had lingering from your flight. Sand boarding. Like the previous two trips, there is a pick up from outside your hotel taking you right to the dunes. From there you get a scenic journey across the desert to the best dunes for sand boarding. Then it's as simple as picking a dune and riding down it. After a safety talk and instructions on how to ride the boards in the correct manner that is. If riding down the dunes isn't enough for you, you could even organize a race to the bottom with the others on your trip. There's nothing like healthy competition to get your heart racing at a break neck pace.
Finally we have a relaxing but still exciting activity to wind down on your holiday. No trip to Sharjah is complete without a ride on a camel. You can take a trip right into the middle of the gorgeous desert to a camel farm. From there you can take in an educational tour around the farm. Here you will learn everything you ever wanted to know about all species of camel. After this you get the main event, your camel ride through the desert. Depending on who you take your tour with you can either go home or take in some belly dancing round a campfire.
